Western Region-II Headquarters conducted 25th Regional Management Committee Meeting and Communication Workshop at Nainital-Jim Corbet on May 14-16, 2023.

Chief Guest of the occasion, Shri A K Tripathy, RED (WR-II) inaugurated the meeting and discussed on major issues of Western Region-II wherein Shri R K Kanojia, ED-Khargone; Shri Diwakar Kaushik, ED-Lara; Shri Nasaka Srinivasa Rao, ED-Sipat; Shri Ramachandra Rao B, CGM -Korba; Shri Kamlesh Soni, CGM-Gadarwara; Shri Anil Kumar, CEO-Jhabua alongwith senior officials from WR-II Headquarters, projects (HR, TS & AU), and Corporate Centre (Commercial) participated.

In his concluding remark, Shri Tripathy urged the senior officials to align projects’ progress in line with the company’s long term goal with focus on Safety and Quality besides adhering to the ever-changing Commercial and Power sector guidelines. He further advised the participant to be considerate in their day-to-day work while dealing with both the external and internal stakeholders.

On this occasion, Communication Workshop with the theme, “Media Trends and Crisis Management” was organised wherein Shri Shishir Sinha, Associate Editor, The Hindu Business Line delivered the lecture. In his opening remark, Shri Tripathy underlined the importance of effective communication and proactiveness while dealing with media fraternity.
